Act 1 – 011 – “The Flying Lizard.”

You could have sworn his shirt was orange, but it seems it’s been blue all day! How strange.
He tries to sell you a frozen banana, but you don’t want to risk your companion having any. Chocolate is dangerous for his kind! You’re not sure about the bananas, but why test fate?

Act 1 – 012 – “A Lizard, an Orc, and an Owlbear walk into a bar…”

He expresses he is feeling great. You are unnerved by this notion considering he just flew through a bar window.
He gets up, and is addressed by a rather tough looking pair consisting of an orc and an owlbear.
You hate owlbears.
The lizard recruits you into his party! How did that happen?

You and Corwin arrive outside the gate of the city. You take a moment to look around as Corwin approached a banana stand.

Act 1 – 009 – “Welcome to Bluthport.”
>Smack terminal.
That seemed to fix it! These old systems usually act up once in a while, and sometimes you need to lay a firm hand on them to get them working.
Instantly, your terminal recognizes that you have installed theexpansion pak already, and because of that the rendering engine displays higher-resolution images. No more pixels for you!
Before you lies Bluthport. Of particular notice are the famous Banana Lighthouse and a couple of beaver-powered ships in the bay.
You and Corwin decide that your first goal is to probably recruit someone tough to tank your dungeon runs for you.
You mull over where you can find the toughest SOBs in the city.

Act 1 – 007 – “The Road Ahead.”
>Onwards to town!
According to your map, you see three potential towns. Featherbottom,Fingerbottom, and Bluthport.
You don’t like the sound of two of those. Featherbottom makes you feel a bit ticklish, and Fingerbottom… well…
You are leaning toward Bluthport. It is located on Seaward Bay, and all sorts of types are likely to be found there. It seems if you wish to recruit some help for treasure-finding expeditions that Bluthport is your best bet.
You notice on your map that there are two fortresses. Ye Olde Forte Funke, and The Gothic Castle. As soon as you recruit some help you could hit up either one of those for loot. There is sure to be a ton of stuff hidden in either, and probably monsters too!
You also realize that your map is only able to display the information of the area you are in. What a crappy map. The only reason you keep it is because of the sexy ninja on the back.
You are intrigued by Gobias Island, however. It’s floating up there like a tantalizing floating… tantalizing… floating… thing.
Maybe with all the phat loot it’s holding you could afford a thesaurus to really update your vocabulary!
Unfortunately, you still need some way to fly up there, and even more unfortunate… you probably turned your owl-familiar into an arch-nemesis.
Bummer.

Act 1 – 006 – “Novelty Map.”
>Notice Corwin has your Tadashi poster. Lament that you couldn’t find a spicy, fantasy-based Betty White Centerfold, but this was pretty cool too.

Oh, but there is shame! You don’t want to scare off your new mage friend by showing him your fangirlishness!
>Play it off as a gift to Mama Bandit. +2 Bluff, don’t fail now!
Not a gift TO Mama Bandit, but a gag-gift FROM Mama Bandit! Brilliance!

Sounds like a plan now that you’ve defused the potentially awkward situation!

>Corwin: Give the poster back after giving it a good hard look. Unless it’s something really akward that shouldn’t be seen in public.

You wish. It’s actually everyone’s favorite folk-hero Tadashi, the brave adventurer. Not pictured is his sidekick, the silly blond knight.
Corwin could not help but look at the secret poster, revealing it to be a rather risque representation of this popular folk-hero. Clearly Corwin’s new companion is a fan.
You turn to Corwin, asking him if he has found the map.
Kudos to Hawk for being a good sport in getting one of the weirdest pieces of fanart ever, I think.
A google image search of “David Hasselhoff’ will reveal the poster’s reference.

You receive your diecicle back from Corwin and proceed to ask where you should head next. He suggests you consult a map, and you decide to search your Bag of Holding for one. However, you hasty search has upturned a secret object of yours that was stored within, and now it rests at the feet of your canine companion.
